How alerts work: The server checks soil temps every morning at 7 AM Eastern. During Mar 1 – May 15, if the 5-day average crosses your warning or apply threshold, one email is sent per day maximum. Once you mark the pre-emergent task complete, alerts automatically stop for the season.
